Services are provided based on an accepted quotation. Any order implies acceptance of these Terms.

Pricing & payment

Prices are stated in EUR and specified in the quotation. Payment terms are indicated on the invoice.

Intellectual property

Methods, deliverables and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Usage rights granted to the client are defined in the quotation.

Liability

Tatawwur uses reasonable efforts to ensure service quality. Liability cannot be engaged in case of misuse or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in France.
